Delivery and Returns

We ship worldwide. International orders are very important to us, if your country is not listed in the shipping destination list please feel free to email us and we will help you out.

Items that are purchased on Arcademachines.ie will be shipped with a Track & Trace number. All customers will receive this track & trace number and the website to use it on, so they may follow their purchase until it arrives at its destination.

Once the customer’s item(s) is posted, it is then out of our control as to how long it takes for delivery. Small items will be dispatched in 1 to 2 working days, for larger items the customer will be contacted to when the item(s) will be dispatched.

To resolve any problems with your purchase, please contact info@arcademachines.ie. If you find your item faulty or broken on delivery we can exchange or refund BUT we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system. The product must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories. Please return item to address marked on package. (Shipping &Handling charges are not refundable) An email notification will be sent to you once your returned package is processed. All Jamma boards are guaranteed for 30 days. If the warranty sticker is removed from product the warranty will be void.
